The two-stage compression screw air compressors of Kaishan reach the key points of Level-1 energy efficiency:

1. Two-stage compression is closer to the most power-saving isothermal compression than single-stage compression. In principle, two-stage compression saves 5-8% more energy than single-level compression.

Adopting two-stage compression main engine means adopting two sets of SKY screw rotors of different sizes to achieve reasonable pressure distribution and reduce the compression ratio of each compression. Low compression ratio also has two special advantages: 1) reducing internal leakage, and promoting volume efficiency; 2) considerably reducing the load of bearings, promoting the service life of bearings and extending the service life of main engine.

2. World-leading efficiency of rotor molded lines
