SKY low noise compressor- developed by North America Development Center.

Centrifugal fan with slow-speed of revolution; variable frequency oil cooling fan .

Air intake silencer of the shell; air intake silencer of air compressor.

Low noise of KAITEC series is internationally excellent.

The drilling rig uses high efficiency SKY series screw rotor of the latest generation.

It is equipped with large direct-coupled rotor and low speed compressor.

It is featured by high efficiency, low noise, low vibration and high reliability.

It adopts triple design of cylinder and rolling cone bearing whose service life is ≥100, 000 hours.

High precision rotor guarantees performance and reliability.

Super low noise:

Noise value of 132kW KAITEC screw air compressor is only 73dB and such low noise is internationally excellent.

The energy efficiency of each compressor is higher than national energy-saving standard.

Low noise is internationally excellent.

The warranty period of SKY main engine, "heart" of screw air compressor is five years.

It is possible to reduce system pressure and energy consumption by centrally controlling 2 ~ 16 compressors. It is also capable of reducing leakage of compressed air to maintain stable pressure.
